All merchandise must be shipped to us in original condition, in the original product box, and in proper packaging. Please place the boxed product in a proper shipping box or padded envelope when returning. Please do not use the shoe box as your primary shipping box. Affixing tape, postage, or an address label to a shoe box will result in a minimum $10 fee.

If you would like to request an exchange, please call or email with your order number and the style/size you are looking to exchange it for.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless a verified mistake was made on our part. This cost will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. As part of our effort to offer the lowest shipping rates and the most competitive prices we can, we do not cover the return shipping costs unless an item is deemed defective or there was an error on our part. Most of our customers do not choose to return their items. Upon request we can provide you with a pre-paid label and reduce your refund/exchange credit to cover the label’s cost. The BIRKENSTOCK Lutry is a slipper that can be worn as a backstrap style or as an open clog thanks to the flexible ankle strap. The footbed can be removed so that you can choose between three different footbed versions. This basic version of this design features our Standard Footbed. It replicates the natural print made by a foot walking on sand and will see you through the day in comfort. Its natural design is down to the upper made from especially soft suede, which hugs the foot like a second skin.
